Renee: Well guys, for some reason my computer isn't letting me post a new entry ~ so am going to tell you my news this way ~ I got a job as an infant/toddler director at a daycare ! I am so excited :) And I also bought me a car! It's a 1992 Honda Accord and runs beautifully. So that is my news ~ Tomorrow is my birthday! I plan on just relaxing... Love you all and hope to be able to post soon!

Learn to love my shadows

  • Mood: Tired

I am hopelessly addicted to HGTV and especially right now to Design Star.  I spend most of my days with HGTV on even if I am not watching it .. just to have it on in the background lol.

We are going to be school supply shopping for Austin soon ~ he goes back the 27th.  Can't believe they are going back so late this year.  He will be in 2nd grade ... my baby is growing up.

My muse visited ~ not for long but I got a halfway decent poem written ~

I'm lost in the shadows
And I don't know the way out
Lost in the shadows
I don't know what this is about

I seem to have lost the light
And though I try I can't turn it on
Lost the light
I don't feel I have won

Learn to love my shadows
And then maybe I can find light
Love my shadows
And my future will become bright

Hey sweetie, Austin is getting so big for sure! My, they do go back to school late this year! That's how it was for us growing up though. Jasmine started on August 7th, and she begins dance on August 30th. Have fun school supply shopping! It's the best (I think) lol I like to pick up some extra notebooks and things as well while they're on sale

I haven't been able to catch one single episode of HGTV's Design star this season I watched religiously last season. I should be recording them. What day and time is it again?
