I have been spending most of my time as of late on the couch ... been in a depressive state so that just seems like the logical place to go.  I haven't even wanted to do things I enjoy doing.  But I am slowly getting out of that and finding things to do (thanks to Niki , love ya babe) to keep me up and moving.

Still no visit from my muse and she should be returning soon I hope.  I think that is part of my depression not having her around. 

Been watching Design Star on HGTV and love it ~ glad they decided to do a 2nd season.  Also been watching Side Order of Life on Lifetime which is pretty cute about a writer/photographer. 

Trying to save money for a downpayment on a car but I like to spend so I am trying to curb that.  I don't spend obscene amounts at a time, just little things like books, but those add up.  I need to take a break.

Just wanted to let you all know that I am still around, just not as often.  And now that Austin has learned the computer, I have even less puter time.  He starts 2nd grade on the 27th ~ I can't believe it.

Today would have been my Daddy's 53rd birthday had he lived.  I miss him every single day.

I will write more in the next day or two I promise.

 

Hi Renee! It's good to hear from you again! I'm sorry you are feeling down int he dumps lately. Hopefull you'll feel up to doing the things you enjoy again very soon! I'm sure Austin will keep you on your toes when he starts school! I can't beileve he's entering the 2nd grade already! He's growing too fast! :) I also love that new show on lifetime called "Side Order of Life" It's quite addicting I think! Also, the new show, on Lifetime called "State of Mind" has caught my eye. I think you may enjoy that as well? God rest your father's soul. He passed on at such a young age, it's unbelievable. So did my dad, but he doesn't mean anything good to me. I know you miss your dad terribly. I can imagine how proud of his girl and grandson he is watching down on you both! o:)

It's good to see you blogging again. I hope you'll write just a few lines even if you can't think of much to write about. That way I know you're still around and doing fine :) Have a nice Sunday sweetie! Big Hugs to you & Austin! :)

Yeah, I like to watch HGTV too. I haven't seen "Design Star" yet and "Side Order of Life" sounds neat, I'll have to check that out.
