Renee: Well guys, for some reason my computer isn't letting me post a new entry ~ so am going to tell you my news this way ~ I got a job as an infant/toddler director at a daycare ! I am so excited :) And I also bought me a car! It's a 1992 Honda Accord and runs beautifully. So that is my news ~ Tomorrow is my birthday! I plan on just relaxing... Love you all and hope to be able to post soon!

A split second

A split second can change everything. Last Wednesday, I was driving to my class and was at a flashing red light waiting to turn left when a Ford F150 was suddenly on me plowing into my little Cavalier and spinning me around. He was going the speed limit ~ about 70 miles an hour. I was rushed to the trauma center and I have internal and external bruising and cracked ribs. I am in a lot of pain and also can't get the moment of impact out of my head.

So that is where I have been ... in bed mostly. And now am without a car. It could have been so much worse, I am blessed that I am this okay .. seeing my car you wouldn't think so.

My family has been great about this. And very supportive.

Haven't been writing lately, going to post the song that I have been playing over and over .... "Poem" by Taproot :

Been watching "24" in the mornings and it makes me really miss Tony and Michelle ~ they were such a great couple and still are ... just not on 24 anymore. So have been obsessing over them again.

Well, that is the latest from me. I will visit you all when I can ....
